Too bad zero stars isn’t an option. Talked to a parts person who seemed truly annoyed that I wanted to buy parts. Told me they didn’t sell the part I was looking for although they are listed as a distributor in Florida. Then I’m told to wait for the parts manager to see if he could help me. 1/2 hour later with no parts manager in sight I left. Customer service is a lost art that died many years ago. Take your John Deere business elsewhere and steer clear of this place.

Some of the most rude parts people I've encountered in a long time. I was just looking for a few small items so didn't bother reading reviews. After hanging up with the parts guy who was flat out a d***, I looked through the reviews and my experience was very consistent with many others. Luckily they are not the only option in town. Glad I learned this before buying my next machine. Their parts prices are also about 20% more than John Deere website.

I'm changing the 1 star to a 5 star today. Nicholas is great help. Great service. Friendly and professional. Usually I hate coming here because of the shitty attitude from the parts people. Today I feel welcomed.

Ordered parts from the West Palm location. I told them I would pick up when it arrived it was however shipped to my old address when I contacted them they said it would be reshipped when I received it parts were missing and also extra stuff I didn't order or need returned to the office to be insulted by the part s manager he spoke to me with scorn and haste threw my invoice at me another worker told me to leave I would need some to look into this customer service treatment if we don't shop they can't be where they are and customer value was at 0%today . Dobbs at West Palm your parts manager needs to get trained on treating people equal no matter their age color or race.
