Keith is great with listening to needs and explaining the options. I also feel that their pricing is fair and love that there's a 36 month, no interest plan. The office staff is very responsive and quickly answered all my crazy questions regarding scheduling, financing and even chickens! Christian was on time, polite, competent and worked diligently while installing my mini split in speedy time. He left the place cleaner than he found it. I have been super pleased & confident in my decision to go with Dobbs Heating & Air for my HVAC replacement.

Dobbs Heating & Air has been our go-to for many years, both before and after our return to Atlanta. Keith, the owner, has always provided exceptional service with genuine care and expertise—his level of dedication set the standard. As the company has grown, I haven’t felt the same level of personal attention from the newer technicians, and recent experiences have me reconsidering my options. I recommended Dobbs to a client, but they were advised to replace their entire AC system. Another company was able to repair it instead. While I still appreciate Keith and his insights, I’m hopeful Dobbs can restore the personalized service that once made them stand out. I’m still on board.

Gary, the tech who came out, was very friendly and thorough with his work. We love Dobbs because of how well they take care of us as customers. They stay on top of when to schedule appointments for maintenance, which I would surely forget. They’re great.

The service technician was very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and resolved it very quickly. I felt comfortable enough to accept a service agreement with Dobbs HAC.

Shannon was prompt and courteous. Respectful of my Mom’s house and went right to work. Explained what was wrong and while unable to fix today, promised to send detailed invoice on cost to repair.
