Dockins Overhead Doors

Spring broke on the garage door around 11:05. Called Dockins at 11:09. They were able to send someone over now. Zain was done by 12:05. Zain was awesome! Zain was quick, super nice and did an amazing job! Dockins has always done a great job for us!

I would give 100 stars if I could! We had a terrible experience trying to replace our garage doors with another company in Amarillo prior to calling. When I reached out to Dockins, they were extremely professional and got us in right away. Larry and Zane were fantastic and did an amazing job. If you need any work done in or around the Amarillo area, definitely give Dockins a call.

So glad I used Dockins to replace my old garage door! They are so nice and helpful. I called about my garage door not working and they got me on their schedule for the next day!! Had a new garage door opener installed by Dockins Overhead Doors. Joe and Zain came in and got to work. They were very professional. They ran into an issue but didn’t give up. With the issue resolved, I’m a very satisfied customer. Would definitely recommend.

Had a garage door spring break and called Dockins Overhead Doors. They scheduled me for 2-4PM but ended up showing up at 12:30PM which was great. Joe Garcia was the technician and he was in and out in 30 minutes. He is a great representative for the company with his excellent customer service. The repair came with a 1 year warranty. I had a great experience and will be doing business with this company again.
