SpeedQueen Dryer warranty repair. Scheduled for the next day. Called me and arranged for an even earlier repair. Was quick and professional. Showed me how to do more maintenance myself. Cleaned up well afterwards. Excellent work and will call them again.

The tech came into the house and immediately started commenting on our belongings and picking them up. They where not in his way, he was just being nosey. He questioned us on why we wanted the ice maker fixed since he believes ice is bad for a person. When the tech moved the fridge out he ripped the floor. When finished he refused to leave until my wife signed his computer saying he completed the work. I was not home. She felt very uncomfortable and wanted him gone. Now they refuse to fix the floor that the tech ripped. Very unprofessional!!! This was done as warranty work.

Alex couldn't have been nicer nor more professional. He showed up early and completed my repair quickly. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone needing a repair! Thank you

Tldr: Under no circumstances would I ever recommend anyone use Dr. Appliance. They sent multiple incompetent techs to my home and have ghosted me about a resolution. I had a horrible experience with Dr. Appliance from start to finish. I used them for a Bosch dishwasher warranty repair. I love in the huntsville area and they only come out once per week which caused a lot of delay. The repair was diagnosed without issue. But then the next week when the repair was scheduled, the tech couldn't get my dishwasher pulled out (nothing had been changed since it was installed). I ended up having the installer come out to remove it and he was in and out of my house in 10 minutes. Then I had to wait another full week for another repair appointment. We had a visit from a repair tech named Johnathan for the diagnosis of what was wrong with out Maytag washer. He was very kind and courteous. He told us that he would take the data gathered back to the office and order the parts for the repair. I would recommend him to anyone who needed their appliance fixed. He is a valuable asset to the company.
