Could not be more pleased with our experience with Doctor Demolition and how they handled our pool removal. We had initially Gone with a different company, but that company eventually ghosted us and never even started work. Reynaldo and DD stepped in and absolutely knocked it out of the park. They kept us updated every step of the way and their communication really stood out in comparison to contractors I’ve worked with on prior projects. They demoed and completely removed the old pool, backfilled, and laid sod for us as well removing a bunch of old palms and vegetation from our front yard and spreading mulch. AMAZING team! We bought a house that had a buried pool in the backyard, specifically incorrectly buried, making our yard a hazard for multiple reasons. Dr. Demolition was transparent with their quote, walked us through what all would be done if we signed with them, and even gave us an expected timeline so we could prepare how we needed. The owner was onsite multiple times during demo, he gave us updates via text and calls, and was even available for quick questions outside of business hours. They had to take out our fence to access the backyard... they put it back up like new when the job was done. We had some unavoidable minimal damage to a deck board and french drain... they replaced them both without question. 75% of our yard had to be dug out... they releveled our yard and put down

I had a concrete pool and concrete decking demolished two feet down. The concrete was pushed in the pool and they said they punched 6-8 holes in the pool bottom to drain. They backfilled with 60% sand to 40% clay. It took about 7 loads of this dirt. I opted out of them doing the sod which they said they would have brought in a finer leveling soil. There was a two month delay to start they due to weather. We did get a rare snow here in January and a couple good downpours. It took 3 deliveries to get the right sized demolition equipment to rent.
