Doctor Feelgoodes

Dr Feelgoode’s has been a great company to deal with over several decades. We had them install an above ground pool with a 6’ deep end at our first home, and then many years later, when we moved to a new location, we again went with Dr Feelgoode’s without any hesitation. A few years ago, we called them for a third time to remove our above ground pool and deck, replacing it with a San Juan fiberglass pool and spa. The maintenance crew is always first rate. I decided to do something I always wanted, install a pool. After reaching out to a few companies, I decided Dr. Feelsgoodes was the one to do the job. From the first encounter with the owner, I felt fairly confident in their abilities. Once the work started, it was fast and competent, despite hold ups with the township. It all came together to my satisfaction. The few issues that came up during construction where worked out promptly. Employees were all friendly and acccomidating. The weather helped in the quick installation. And then, in about a month I had a pool! Beautiful and sparkling! I got along well with the owner, who was pretty hands on, which I appreciated. And maybe most importantly, the job came in on budget!!. Overall, I made the right choice with Dr. John and Dr. Feelgoods!

We had a pool done by you guys 3 years ago. John Laputka (owner) said we will be swimming in 3 days and he was right. What he did not mentioned was that the pool will crack at the bottom (different factors could've caused it). The cracks appeared within a month of installment. John after he got paid did not bother to come and inspect it, as a matter of fact he never did. He subcontracts all his work to different companies, and he is never present to inspect. One side of the pool is uneven, concrete guys blame the guys who installed the pool, those guys blamed it on the concrete crew. After 3 years of a legal battle with you guys it might be coming to an end this year. Pictures at the bottom show the cracks and one of them show how uneven one side of the pool was. After a Very Hot Summer last year, and the traffic traveling to and from the beaches, we decided that it was time to put a pool in our yard, so we could relax in the comfort of our home We looked around and decided to go with a Fiberglass pool, by Doctor FeelGoode’s The big reason, because of the ease of construction and no worrying about leaks with liners or cracks with cement. Pool installation was literally a week, from grass in the back yard to a pool with water in it, now we had to wait until everything settled before pouring sidewalks, so after three months things looking like a lot better. Sure we had some issues, nothing that couldn’t be fixed with a phone call to the office and they sent technicians out either that day or the next day. Very happy with everything overall.

They did a great job on our pool. My son was in the pool the second day like he said. Everything went well from start to finish and I would highly recommend them. I wish I had more pictures of how beautiful our pool looks without the cover on. I will post more pictures in spring. Thankyou John and your team for the outstanding job I'm very pleased!!
