After a few estimates, none of which even came close to the outside engineers report, Tom came and gave his honest assessment and was the only contractor to even come close to the engineering report. Crew showed up on time and worked hard to get the job done right installing 12 piers. I was asked by the crew right when they showed up where I would like the extra dirt to go and they were honest about the bushes out front that they needed to remove possibly not surviving after they replant them. Tom by far has the best warranty in the industry here locally and although I hope to not have anymore foundation issues, if I do Dodson will be doing the work.
