Dodson Pest Control

Jordan called me before servicing my home as I had asked Dodson to do. He arrived a little earlier than I expected, which was fine and introduced himself as this was the first time he had serviced my home. Apparently, he is in training because he had a supervisor with him and the supervisor hardly spoke at all during the time they were at my home. Jordan sprayed the inside first asking if it was okay for him to enter certain rooms. He was polite and professional during his entire visit. After servicing the inside, he moved to the outside and sprayed the perimeter of my home. In the past I have had very good service personnel and some I questioned. I believe Jordan will be a very good serviceman and hope that he continues with Dodson and receives my route in the future.

Chris is our usual inspector/tech. Chris is always informative and attentive. He understands our concerns and he always does a terrific job! Even though his visits are pretty short, we enjoy his company.

Kevin the supervisor is a great representative for Dodson! I am thankful that he was the one to come out and answer all questions in a way of me not knowing anything I felt competent in the information. He walked me through the pictures that were taken of the home and showed me what the termite damage looked like. It was a very smooth and timely process that I was extremely satisfied with. Throughout the process he also let me know when the team would be showing up to the home and after they did the work he also followed up behind them to make sure it was properly done which made me proud to know as a customer he was fulfilling his duty as a supervisor by checking on their work. Rowland was very efficient and asked me twice before leaving if I knew of anything else he needed to take care of or if I knew of anything he may have missed. Very kind and considerate.
