Richard and Donna were fantastic with the repair of my (complicated) boundary wire design, as well as very fast and prompt. They are phenomenal with dog fence containment systems, which is how I found them, but also Richard has started doing automower boundary wire work and was considerably better AND WAY MORE REASONABLE in pricing than the two other companies I hired to do that in the past. This company put my original invisible fence in over 20 years ago and over the years and six dogs. They have been able to help me with my various issues such as a broken line and strength of correction and how to put my flags in correctly. I recently got a new puppy and so I again needed help. Donna was kind enough to spend the time with me to help with the flags and strength of correction for my dog size. Their product is very durable and their service support is very generous. The service is amazing. Donna walked me through steps over the phone to troubleshoot my Pet Stop system. Then, when I was missing the cover to my Pet Stop fence transmission box, Richard was kind enough to come by the house and drop off a cover. No charge! Would definitely use again!!
