They are Doggone Good! Called on Sunday at 8:00 pm, and got an appointment the next day at 9:00 am. The technician, Tim, arrived on time. Tim was knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. He identified what he thought he needed to do to get my AC up and running, and provided me with the estimated costs. Tim ended up invoicing me for half the amount estimated because he was able to fix one part without replacing it. Tim also let me know about some optional services, which I declined. My AC kicked on well before noon. Such a relief to have a great new HVAC company in town. Could not give a stronger recommendation!
