DogWatch Hidden Fences of Boise

Casey came out and installed our Hidden fences a year and a half ago. He did an awesome job. Here is where it is important to share how he stands out. Often times, with any company, things will go great. It is the service provided when you need help later. I contacted Casey a couple of days ago- my Goldendoodle got out of the front yard. Casey came over this afternoon and showed me how her collar got loose. He adjusted the collars-for all my little pooches. Not only did he do that- he offered to put their new batteries in each collar and put out extra flagging. If you want to work with an honest and ethical company who keeps their word and follows through- this company is top notch and does not just offer “lip service” to close a sell.

Casey and his brother are very professional, did very good work( You can't even see where they installed it.) with the installation of the dog watch fence and We are happy Our dogs don't like the fence at least they're not digging. Pricing was good. The work was good and I do recommend them to anybody who wants to put in a hidden fence.

Casey is knowledgeable and friendly. Very professional: the installation went seamlessly. Wonderful at training the dogs (and humans) on how to use the fence/flags. We had a few questions after the fact regarding expanding the buffer zone; he was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Casey and his team go out of their way to help! His time spent with our dogs helped them easily adjust to our new fence. When he comes by, the dogs are thrilled to see him! Casey is an amazing teacher who has a well thought out instruction for the dog and as someone who sometimes struggles with new information I felt he was very good at explaining. He has a great personality and an obvious willingness to help out wherever he can, he definitely knows what he’s talking about and is very friendly. We have trained two dogs through him and the results have been perfect. I am very thankful and do recommend to anyone looking into this service.
