In March of 2021 we got a new puppy to replace our other dog who we had to put down in April 2020. We installed the original DogWatch fence back in 2011 when we moved into our house. We have a 1/2 acre lot with lots of grass and we wanted to be able to contain the puppy in either the back yard or front yard. We did not want her to go around to the side of our house where we could not see her. I had Casey install lateral lines from the perimeter fence to the four corners of the house and it has worked beautifully to contain our new dog, primarily in the back yard. My landscaper was here last week with a lawn aerator doing my neighbors lawn. I asked him to do my lawn as well and never stopped to think that I should mark the DogWatch laterals with flags so he would avoid them. Within minute

We've purchased two bark collars for our dogs from Adam and they've been a life saver. We live in a crowded neighborhood so once one dog gets going, the whole neighborhood goes off! Our goldendoodle was the main offender, so Adam taught us how to use the collars and what setting was appropriate. Our dogs learned right away that if they have the collar on, they shouldn't bark. The nice thing about the collars that DogWatch offers is that they still let your dog bark for three seconds before the correction. Which is nice that they aren't scared to bark. They just know not to obsessively bark! Thanks Adam!!

We have a realtively large yard with exposed openings facing a fairly busy road in front of us and a dense wooded area behind us - a hidden dog fence was the only solution to keeping our dogs in the yard and safe. After installation, the dogs took to the training very quickly. It’s hilarious now, months later, that the local deer have learned how close they can get to our yard and our dogs can’t do anything but barl and watch them go by. We met with Adam to get a bid on invisible fencing. He promised to get the bid to us the next day. After multiple calls we finally received the bid after several weeks. We called to say we accept the bid and wanted to schedule the work. Six weeks later, after dozens of attempts to contact Adam, we have received no answer back. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my lifetime. Who runs a business like this? Do not do business with this company.
