I had heard really good things about this company from friends so I decided to give them a shot last year when I decided on a system for my dog. I am SO glad I went with this company! Firstly, everyone I talked to over the phone was very pleasant and helpful, they were able to schedule me right away. The guy who came out to give me the estimate and install it, Andy, was extremely friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. He was really good with my dog as well, and my dog is a 100lb hyper Belgian malinois and he had no issues with him! I was a bit skeptical if this system would work due to my dog being extremely hyper, but I have had not a single problem! Amazing!!! We have had our Dogwatch system for 12 years and recently had a concrete driveway installed where our invisible fence line was broken. Don provided several options for us to consider with our contractor and worked with us to schedule time to finish reconnecting our lines immediately after the driveway was complete. Tyler was extremely kind, patient, professional and exceptional in explaining his next steps to fix our fence. For me, it’s great to receive excellent service at the beginning of a relationship but after 12 years, they continue to do what is right, provide excellent service and take care of their customers for the long run! Highly recommend!!

Tyler and Don were fabulous. From the quote to the install to training after the install, they were professional and down to Earth. Tyler is amazing with our dogs. Each dog has their own personality, and Tyler is sure to train in a way that works for each of them. Our dogs caught on fairly quickly. Best investment yet. We love seeing them run and have some freedom. Highly recommend!

We could not be more happy with the service we've received from this awesome business! Not only were they easy to work with, responsive and professional but Tyler has gone above and beyond working with our two dogs to get them trained and make sure this system is working for our family. One of our dogs has definitely given him a run for his money but he is always patient, kind and quick to get the next step in place for our German shepherd to be successful. You can tell he really loves what he does. Couldn't recommend them enough!

We were very pleased with the prompt service to repair our loop. We had an extensive patio installed and the big trucks stressed a portion of the fencing. Tyler responded quickly to our call and he easily found the break and fixed it. Our dog is enjoying her yard and we have piece of mind!
