It’s going on two years since installation and I’m very impressed with the product and I’m happy I had it installed. My dog loves running free throughout our yard and has never escaped. Bob was so great through the whole process of getting a dog watch fence. My husband and I have considered it for a while as our puppy started chasing people onto the road!!! We haven’t had any issues since our new fence was put in!! They were even able to put the fence in the ground in a way that our dog, Freddy, can still sit on the front porch with us to watch the cars go by, but not go into the front yard. Freddy caught on very quickly to the boundary and Bob even helped us with a training session to help Freddy get used to his new boundary. The fence was installed quickly and he went over the whole system with us to make sure we knew how to use it. We are so happy we got it done and so happy we chose Dog Watch of Susquehanna Valley!! I had an excellent experience with DogWatch of Susquehanna Valley! Bob came out to give me an estimate in a timely manner and was extremely thorough in explaining the process. He was very pleasant and I was very comfortable having him in my home. I had additional questions after signing the contract and he responded just as quickly as he did before before he made the sale. Andrew came out to install the fence and was great to work with too! I had a work issue come up while he was here and unexpectedly had to go out while he was still working. He stopped what he was doing to show me how to train my dog before I left. He also offered to come back later for training, but my 100lb retriever figured it out quickly. Bob followed up a week later to make sure I was happy and to see how my dog was

We had our fence installed little over a year ago. This was some of the best money we have spent to keep our puppy safe in our yard. Our daughter and son in law used them as well so when their dog comes over he also stays in his boundary. Worth every penny to keep your pet safe. Would use them again
