DogWatch of the SC Lowcountry

Matt has been great from the beginning - very patient and informative as well as quick to respond to any questions or concerns. He has been flexible in that he met with us halfway in town to look at our collar. Over a year later we had concerns with the fence and collar in which he squeezed us in his schedule to do a quick home visit to check things out and put our worries to rest. (The concerns were from our dog chewing on the collar or parts of the collar when it was removed at night and it caused issues with charging)

We had serious doubts about an invisible fence with our excitable, energetic, and strong mutt but David from Lowcountry Dog Watch has gone above and beyond with getting her adjusted to the fence. She now respects the boundaries of the fence and enjoys the yard without the physical obstruction of a physical fence. We are able to easily maintain the lawn and our dog has even demonstrated improved behavior indoors as well. We are beyond pleased.

David has been wonderful to work with over the years. He installed our DogWatch fence about 14 years ago and has been great with servicing it along the way. He helped train our first dog (and taught us how to train her) and then came out when we got our next one to do the same training. We couldn't be happier with the DogWatch product and having David install and maintain it makes it that much better. He's professional, genuine, very prompt, incredibly trustworthy and, to top it off, just a really nice guy to work with. I would highly recommend David and DogWatch!

David and the Dogwatch folks were a pleasure to work with. We needed some additional training with our golden and they came back out and worked with us and now he is doing great with the fence and we couldn't be happier! We also accidentally cut the wire recently doing some yard work and they quickly came back out to repair it with no issues. Highly recommend!!

David came through for us in a huge way. We moved in to a new home where the community has to approve the traditional wood fencing. The approval had not come through on move in date and our fence contractor said it would take 5 to 6 weeks to install. We were concerned about containing our wondering beagle. David was there the very next morning. And had us installed very quickly and at just a fraction of what a wood fence would of cost us. He is amazing to work with and offers great training tips. The invisible fence was a great option for us. There was almost no training curve with our dogs.
