Doheny Plaza

I paid at the kiosk before going to my car. It then took about 20 minutes to get out of the garage after an event at the Writers Guild theater. By the time I got to the exit control gate, and inserted my ticket, the screen announced that I owed $10. There was a long line of cars behind me, and I assumed that maybe the kiosk transaction hadn't worked, so I paid again just so I could finally get out of the garage. I checked my credit card today and saw that Doheny Plaza showed up twice for $10. The credit card company says to try resolving the dispute with the merchant first. I got the number from the Writers Guild, and the person who answered the phone went through their records. They accurately reported the time I arrived and the time I left, but they claimed there was just a single $10
