Dolan's Appliance Service

Called to repair a 7 year old Bosch 800 series dishwasher. Error code E15, Water tap. The technician was able to get to me the same day and had the parts needed on his truck. Had the job done in about an hour. Very thorough and cleaned up after he finished. The pricing was reasonable. Will definitely use Dolan's in the future.

Contacted Dolan Appliance Service about repairing my dryer which suddenly failed to start. I had already ruled out a number of the possible problems. I was ultimately told to buy a new dryer by a so-called tech who had not even been out to diagnose the appliance. The problem turned out to be the timer switch, a 5 minute fix and a $60 part. Even with labor, Dolan could have saved a less technically inclined person a few hundred dollars versus buying a new dryer. If you aren't willing to at least make the minimal effort, why are you in business? In short, call anyone else if you actually want service.

An absolute pleasure to do business with, from the initial call to the quick repair of my Thermador wall oven by Andy. Andy came with the right part based on my description of the issue; their rate structure is transparent and was provided on the phone. Highly recommended.

We Have used Dolan’s service for years . They are accommodating, professional and knowledgable . Andy who has serviced our appliances for years is truly the most engaging , mature , hardest working young man we have met in a long time .He understands the mechanical aspect of the appliances and is really so smart. He takes such pride in his work. He really is wonderful! We feel very blessed to have him working on our appliances .

Dolan's deserves a five star review. But PLEASE beware that G&I is a scam. I don't really ever post reviews. But I am so disappointed in the way this company operated, I have to post. Our dryer vent needed cleaning. Two men came quickly, the same day - which was great! However, they said the fee for DRYER vent cleaning was 700.00??!! I negotiated them down to 350.00. I am embarrassed to say that, as we all know that it's advertised everywhere for 99.00. It gets worse though. They didn't clean the inside of the machine! And they broke our fence when trying to get to the vent. They haven't r
