Dole Fuel Oil

We had a small leak in our heating system. They came out within a day and at the appointed the time. The repair was done quickly and efficiently. Mark and Michael, the men doing the repair were both very friendly. We won’t hesitate to use them again.

Mark was awesome and fixed it within one hour. Great service and so happy he was able to help us on short notice on the coldest day of the year! Thanks, DOLE!

I bought the house in October and contacted Dole as per the prior owner's suggestion. Mark did the annual maintenance service this morning. The entire process is smooth and professional. He also answered my questions about the boiler and the timing and cost of getting a new one. I am very satisfied with the service.

Order was placed online on a Friday for Saturday delivery and paid for in advance. Dolly refused to make the delivery Saturday bc the gate was not "opened fast enough" for them so they left within 5 minutes of arriving not even giving us the chance to open it. They said they would be back the following Monday. On Monday they never came back to the residence bc he said he didnt want to waste his time. The owner then proceeded to call me stupid on text when I pleaded with them to make the delivery since there were kids in the house and there was no oil as we were waiting 3+ days for their delivery and it was already paid for. Very unprofessional and just a bad businessman.

The service has been exceptional. Quick response to my call and kept me informed as to when he would arrive. Mark was wonderful and efficient. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
