***UPDATED FOLLOWING FEEDBACK***No issues with this company outside of the delivery. Price was fair and lower than their competitors. However, they showed up at 7:20AM for delivery. Normally we wouldnt mind the early arrival but a heads up would have been appreciated or at least provide a 4 hour window so we can be prepared. If they can improve communication we would have no issues. ***Received a call following the above feedback. Had a great conversation with their service team and realized I must have missed the opportunity on the website to select a delivery time. Great customer service and be aware they start early!!***

I was referred to Dollarwise by Hop Energy for a delivery. I spoke to Jessica who indicated that they needed to see my oil tank before they could deliver oil, because I was a first time customer. I informed her that my tank is behind the wall and that you can not see the whole tank. She responded I have to see if we can make a delivery. She never called back. I have never heard of that in my entire life. Apparently business is great that they don’t need new questions based a visual of tank. Update: 01-07-26 I’ve been calling Jessica for an update for three days now leaving message and negative results. I’ll try one more time. Thanks.

I scheduled a delivery for today, bearing in mind they charge upfront before even seeing the home, and the driver showed and refused to fill my tank. First off, he insisted he has to enter my home to see my tank. He says its a state law and he's required to do so. He said many others don't, but his company follows the law. I asked what law he is referring too several times but he couldn't answer. I asked if it was a law or company policy and he couldn't answer. Also note, their website says they offer a free inspection for "new customers" but there is not one mention of any such requirement to let the driver into your home. Upon seeing my tank he says he cant deliver because it has a leak. I said that isn't a leak, there aren't now nor has there ever been any drips, drops, or leaks on my t

My mother needed her oil refilled. We called and set up a delivery. I asked if it was possible to get her delivery earlier than originally scheduled due to the cold weather and just getting out of the hospital. Jessica said she would try to squeeze it in if she could, but no promises could be made. Happily we can home to a full tank today, a week earlier than originally scheduled. I will not be getting oil delivered today 1/26 after I paid on Tuesday 1/20 because of weather even though they knew the snowstorm was coming and they're snowed in. You're an essential company and you're snowed in unbelievable!!! I asked why didn't they deliver on Saturdays because they don't work on Saturdays and apparently they don't work in the snow either. I asked the last on the phone if I was going to get a discount she said no could I get extra oil in the tank, she said no. You crooks up your charges last year with some delivery hazmat fee and now you don't deliver in the snow great customer service guys!!!!
