Recently, I needed some repairs to my sub zero refrigerator and Zach was sent to evaluate and fix the issues. Dollings provided great customer service from my first phone call to schedule the appointment to the last time Zach was at my house. Zach was very knowledgeable, helpful and personable. He repaired the problem and returned to make sure there were no other issues. He was thoughtful about costs and tried one option first as it was what he thought was the problem but also it avoided more costly testing. I felt like he was completely honest which was very appreciated.
