The Board of Clairmont Condo K Association in Tamarac Kings Point recently hired Dolmens Development to paint our three two-story buildings, as well as to power clean our roofs. We contracted Felipe from Dolmens Development to pressure clean our communities roofs, walkways, driveways and paint our homes (Villas and Townhomes) and paint the driveways and walkways. He and his crews worked diligently and professionally throughout the 5 or so months that it took to complete the project. We have 64 homes in our community. Any issues that arose, Felipe made sure the homeowners and the Board of Directors were spoken to in a professional manner and he always took care of any issues in a timely manner. He always kept the Board apprised of his schedule and progress. The quality of his work is impeccable and our community looks fantastic. When the time comes to do these projects again, we will definitely be contacting Dolmens.

Felipe and his crew did a fantastic job cleaning my roof, driveway and sidewalk. I finally found a company that really cares about you being satisfied with their work. They meticulously clean everything without damaging anything around my property. Keep in mind that I have a jungle around my house. In the past the vegetation suffered tremendously, but Dolmens Development left my plants looking as lush as always. Kudos to this company for their attention to detail and friendly crew. They did follow all the CDC guidelines. Very highly recommended.

Nice to see a good hard working company like Dolmens. Prompt efficient. We had the exterior of the house power washed and painted. At least two neighbours came to see the work and hired Dolmens right away! My next door neighbour had is house painted five years ago and the paint is peeling already.
