Dolphin Air

We had an appointment tentatively set up a couple weeks ago, Dolphin Air was a no call, no show. We gave have another chance and rescheduled another appointment yesterday between 12 and 1 along with a couple other appointments. The other appointments came and did their services, yet again, Dolphin Air was a NO CALL NO SHOW. Then they show up today unannounced to do the work. When I called him back, he was unapologetic and made statements that it wasn't an inconvenience to us to be waiting yesterday since we had other appointments, which was not only incorrect, but also inappropriate to be a NO CALL NO SHOW!!!!

I can always count on Steve and Dolphin air for my ac issues! I've had many years of great service and would never call anyone else! My ac went out last night and it was fixed first thing this morning! THANK YOU!!
