Impressed by the extensive product knowledge of Arthur, our sales representative. We had exacting flooring requirements, due to my use of a wheelchair both in and outdoors. He immediately understood the challenges that presents. The tires carry street grime inside. I did AI research before visiting Dolphin, and Arthur’s recommendation was spot on! In addition, he was so engaging and friendly. He discussed our pricing concerns and we felt comfortable that we received the best possible pricing. Dolphin had a nice selection of carpet choices, including from different producers; a host of colors and carpet fabrics. The carpet we selected was made with a special patented material exceptionally suited for our needs. Great experience. Thank you Arthur and Dolphin!!!

We were out looking for vinyl flooring. Someone had recommended going to the Dolphin carpet and tile. We were very happy with our experience in the store the salesman, Arthur Loaiza was such a pleasure to work with. He did not rush us. He answered all our questions and I had a lot of questions. Lol would definitely recommend if you're looking for flooring tile or anything in that line stop in and see Arthur he is friendly as can be very helpful with our questions if he didn't know the answer he would find out an answer from someone for us. We visited the Kendall location to shop for carpet and upon entering were greeted by Arthur. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The store had a great selection to choose from and we found what we were looking for. Carlos the installer did a great job and we are very happy with our purchase.

I usually try to avoid sales people but Arthur at the Kendall location was extremely helpful throughout the whole process without being an overbearing salesman.
