Dolphin Carpet & Tile

I was ALL SET to buy a new living room rug. Sadly, I can't. A very nice, elderly representative came by. I asked if my 6 foot mirror could've lifted up to remove temporarily to install new carpet. I, tactfully, suggested perhaps 2 strong, younger men could give it a try to see if it could be removed safely. He said, "No. I won't send men out just to determine if a mirror can be moved." C'mon! I'm only 20 minutes away from the store! They have lost a $1,225.00 sale. I was surprised. But thanks, Mr. Rosen, for coming by and measuring. Mr. Rosen is VERY NICE! I AM NOT COMPLAINING ABOUT HIM, just the company policy of not allowing the mirror to be removed by his me.

He made the entire process smooth and stress free. The installers were also great. Super quick and very neat. Highly recommend!!

Awesome professional and wonderful carpet shopping experience here at Dolphin Carpet and Tile store located in North Miami Beach Florida! It was a true and real pleasure with no pressure form my salesman Ron! I was greeted with a warm welcome and gave me sometime before bombarding like most salesmen does. After walking around looking from one carpet sample to another is when he asked if he could help at which time I really did need some help with prices and the different colors.
