Mark, the technician came out today to repair my air conditioner and also to provide maintenance. He was exceptional - very knowledgeable and went above and beyond helping me to undetstand how to connect my virtual theromstate. I used Dophin once before and found them to be very good and after today, with Mark doing such a great and thorough job, Dolphin is truly the best option in SW Florida. I highly recommend them - and Mark. Because of this experience I signed up for an annual maintenance contract - well worth it.

Ozzy at Dolphin Cooling & Heating did a great job. We had an issue with our air conditioner, called Dolphin, they were here in no time and got the job done. He was friendly, efficient and very thorough. We'll definitely call Dolphin for all our future Air Conditioning needs.

Mike B with Dolphin AC did an excellent job servicing my air conditioners today. He was very professional. Dolphin has done a very good job with customer service in regards to my account. They fully addressed an issue for me and exceeded my expectations.

Called in the am with a drain issued on my a/c unit. Rec'd same day service . Tech Mike B. came out he was great explained everything and my drain was super blocked but he got it cleared out and everything is good. He also told me how to maintain my drain. The best Tech i will recommend Dolphin A/C and Mike B.
