I had to leave the house to go to work and they sent me a video of the finished product to make sure I was satisfied with the service. I highly recommend them.

I had the best experience you could ask for. Not only did Lazaro come out on Christmas day for emergency troubleshooting of our water heater that failed. He was able to come back first thing the following morning, after he could get the new tankless water heater when stores opened, and installed right away. He was professional, curtious, communicated well and was helpful during the process and I felt like he had our best interest in mind the entire time. We will definitely use him again, highly recommend.

He’s honest and looks for the simplest and most cost-effective way to fix the problem, never pushing unnecessary work. Lazaro is incredibly responsive, quick and honest with his work. With our recent toilet challenges, more complicated than we expected, he was flexible to come three days in a row to help us finally resolve the issue. He even went above and beyond by picking up the new equipment for us at Home Depot. Finally, he is fair with pricing and gave us discounts as it got more complicated wth new unexpected expenses.
