If there were an option of zero, that is what the rating would be. My home was built less than 4 years ago and I have nothing but problems. Cracked tiles, cracked concrete, poor fencing construction, cracked walls, discoloration of sink hardware, cracked sinks to name a few. It is understandable that some of this may happen, but the refusal to repair it, having to have the same repairs over and over or being personally blamed for these is not acceptable. Not only I have had these problems, but several of my neighbors as well. My advice to you is DO NOT build with Domega. They promise high quality to get your business, but once you sign on the dotted line you are no longer their concern. Poor quality materials and customer service. My home was built less than 2 years ago. I, and many other Domega homeowners, have had several issues that include poor drainage, cracked tiles, cracked concrete, poorly installed fencing, broken cabinets, cracked drywall, poor painting, just to name a few. Not only is the work and quality of services poor, the customer service is worse. Despite the numerous communications of these issues, we are ignored or given empty promises that they will be repaired. When purchasing a home, they appear to be concerned about pleasing their customers, but once the paperwork is signed and the home is sold, you and your concerns will be ignored. Horrible experience all around! The level of incompetence is astounding. They are moving so fast they can’t keep up, validate the quality, or even complete post sale punch lists. If you have no upgrades, you’ll avoid some hassles. The quality of our build from the start was poor. Having paid 200,000 more than my previous home from another builder I was expecting the same quality if not better. The work was quick and the craftsmanship was not great throughout the house. Still dealing with many issues just one year after purchasing. We get violation letters from the HOA when having a car parked in the street a few days (visiting family) over the holidays. Have to ask permission for EVERYTHING. When you pay 500,000 for a house I should be able to paint my front door whatever color I want! Th

Exceptional! What a wonderful community to be a part of. The office staff are remarkable, kind, and very professional. I am so thankful to live in a Domega Home. The builder is incredible; these are such wonderful homes, such quality and skill is put into building these residencies. I highly recommend Domega to everyone and anyone looking for a wonderful neighborhood, professional sales staff, and a home built for a lifetime!

My daughter bought a completed new home 5 years ago and it had a one year warranty on everything. After a few months, she gave a written list of issue s that was part of the warranty. None of the issues have been addressed as of this date. I know Covid was a problem but one would think someone would call at some point and offer to help. ! Nothing !!! Workmanship and quality was good but service on the warranty totally unacceptable !! Update as of July 2022. The new girl working in the office called and helped us out ! Thank you for responding !! Issues solved !! Thanks Domega homes !!!!!
