This company has serviced my geothermal system for the past 2 years. I am beyond pleased with the service and quickness of response. Recently I had a geothermal pond loop tube that was floating near the surface that needed to be re-submerged. Within 1 day their team arrived onsite - out of their busy schedule - and successfully addressed the issue. Also they took time to do an annual inspection of my geothermal heat pump unit. I am very grateful to have this company available to service my system.

Had the gentleman come to my house to give me a quote on hydronic radiant floor heat, had to call him three days later to get the price, then he stopped answering my e mails all together. My contractor finally tracked him down, he said he would drop contracts off to sign so we could scheduled it in, nothing from him in almost three weeks, I tried e mailing him again still nothing. Not what I would refer to as sound business practice.
