Ricardo arrived soon after contacting me. He identified 2 issues which needed replacement and repair and finished quickly. He was very professional and personable. He then went above and beyond by reprogramming my sprinkler system. It was a great experience!

I must mention that we had reached out to a fireplace specialty service company who sent their technician out to our home and told us that the issue with our fireplace not staying on was due to an electrical problem and so we reached out to Domínguez Electric. The technician/master electrician who also happened to be the owner is named Ricardo and he was very communicative and punctual with us. We especially appreciated that fact that he messaged us to let us know that his prior appointment had him running a few minutes late to our service call. Ricardo showed up at the revised time slot as indicated in his text message and proceeded to check out our gas fireplace.
