We reached out over a month ago to get a key fab door access with electronic door lock installed for our gym. We got strong along for over a month by there employee Skyler even after following their requests for pictures and videos to help figure install out. Then just completely ghosted when we tried to follow up after they said they would get back to us. Didn’t have a chance to even get a tech in to get a quote. 0/10 customer service experience.

Outstanding locksmith service ! Willing to travel off the beaten path to provide service. Outstanding customer service and frequent phone calls with updates. The best ! Could not have had a better experience. They do the “extra” so many companies fail to do.

We had an emergency this morning. Dominion was very responsive and polite. even their answering service was very good. they were going to work us in this morning. turned out we found a key that worked. they accepted the cancelation with kindness. we have used them before to rekey the offices in our building. we are very happy with their work and their professionalism. Will definitely use them again.

I've been a customer of theirs for over 15 years. Always prompt, always fair, always reliable. You really cannot go wrong using these guys.

Very affordable I had three quotes to rebuild my ignition switch for 3007 honda accord the furst quote was 650.00 , 250.00 and then his price which you have to get on your own make and model but it was 1/6 the original quote . Guys do not go anywheres else for lock work trust me .they will take care of you at dominion lock.
