Dominion Pavers

I am probably one of the hardest to please customers you’ll ever find. When I pay for a product or service, I expect the best. Dominion Pavers has now been hired to do two projects for us. Yes, there were some hiccups along the way. But that’s to be expected. What we really care about is what they do about those hiccups. The most recent job (still in progress) was a tough one. Our yard sloped about 2 feet. Which was bad, as we are having a huge pool installed. A huge retaining was required to level the yard. They did an amazing job. Taylor Adams is extremely responsive. He has personally visited the site several times along the way. He responds to calls and emails (and Lord knows, there have been a lot). From initial inquiry through planning to execution and project signoff, this has been a very good experience. Taylor Adams and the crew at Dominion Pavers are cost competitive, operate with military precision, are prompt, and communicate well with their customers. All who have seen the work they did at my residence are impressed with not just the high quality workmanship, but also the choices in colors, design, and materials which were recommended by Taylor and team.

Dominion Pavers I stalked my patio/walkway and we are extremely pleased with the result m; as well as with every strep of the process. The process started with the company’s designer Kyle coming by to look at our yard and to listen to our wishes. He proposed design ideas based upon our input and provided detailed price quotes for different material options. In addition he expkained how the installation process would lay out if we would chooses for Dominion Pavers. Not only did Dominion Pavers give us the best feeling; they had also the best price quote for our project and as such we opted to give them our business. We gave 50% as a deposit. Two stars for being somewhat cheaper than the competition but you get what you pay for with this company. There was no communication between the crew and the sales person so I had to oversee the job myself and correct the many errors the team made. I finally had to compromise on the design because the sales person was rude and pushy and refused to do it the right way. The owner came out at one point and he was very nice, unfortunately, the job wasn't done the way the owner and I had agreed on, he had left before it was done and never came back to make sure they did it right. I won't be using this company in the future and now I have to hire someone else to basically re-do most of what they've done to fix the issues. Very disappointing.

Robert from Dominion Pavers came out to my house and provided us with a estimate and a very nice 3D sketch of the paver project that Dominion Pavers could do for us. He provided all the things they could do. I would recommend them based on his knowledge and how detailed he is with his sketch of our project.
