We were so excited when we start working with Dominion Pools. After construction started, that changed. The pool design and plans that we in our agreement were not followed and trying to get to a mutually agreeable solution to the issue was frustrating and challenging. Build took over 2x what was communicated before we signed the contract. Now we are waiting for warranty service and it seems like DPG is not focused on that part of the business as it has been an ongoing issue for months with no action to fix. Both project manager and vendor rep assessed and advised , work needs to be done to resolve. But here we wait.

I had a chance to meet Dan the owner of Dominion Pool Group while working on his roof at his house. He could’ve been a nicer guy or a better customer and through our conversations I found out that he does custom pools and after seeing some of the work his company has done and knowing the character, the man behind the work, my boss decided to hire him for a pool and I’m thinking about it also. I would highly recommend you contact him if you have any questions about a custom pool or backyard his attention to detail and the way he explains things. You can tell there’s a passion behind it and it’s unmatched. I look forward to working with Dan in the future

Marc (designer) was great to work with from the very beginning. We very quickly established an easy working relationship. He was receptive to our questions and changes as we developed the design of our dream pool. He was responsive to phone calls, emails and texts, sometimes late into the evening. We signed the contract May 17th, after several weeks of visits, changes and decision making. This was our first pool and we didn’t want to rush into it. It took three more weeks before excavation started due to other projects being completed. Once the excavation started, there were several issues that affected the job. An inch and a half of rain on excavation day set the tone for the rest of the project. We endured issues with heavy rainfall, wall collapse, extreme heat as well as Hurricane Bery

My wife and I recently moved into our new home. We decided we wanted to build a pool. However, not knowing anyone in the area, Dominion Pool Group was recommended to us! Jody came out and truly listened to our dream and he created it! Debbie the owner has been great to work with so far! Matthew is our superintendent and his attention to detail is incredible. Matthew has a great personality and very enjoyable to work with so far. Dominion started 3 days ago and in three days got our project to gunite. Pool companies around here has not had a great reputation but I will tell you Dominion Pool Group is way above any other pool company in my personal opinion!! If you are ever in the market for a pool call dominion! I’ll be back to post a final review once everything has been completed!

Our pool was a in a very small space. Dominion did a great job of turning an average looking pool into a spa like experience.
