Our carpet was in dire shape due to years of unintentional neglect. Don was not only able to remove more grime than I'd care to admit to, but also restore texture we'd give up as lost, and was able to get out masking tape residue I'd resigned myself to living with. He didn't promise a miracle but was realistic on setting expectations on likely outcomes. He can't fix my stupid but he sure was able to fix a lot of the evidence of it!

Don came out and cleaned my living room carpets. I’ve lived in this apartment for 5 years being a single guy who liked to party and have company. The carpet took a beating. Don came out and made it look like it was move in day. He’s friendly, funny and good natured. Plus he works quick. He was in and out in less than half an hour and that includes stopping to have a conversation after finishing.
