Overly pleased with Don Bacon appliance repair. We had an issue with another company and Don Bacon’s came out quickly and resolved my issue. Service was very reasonably priced and excellent service. Will definitely use again if needed.

So grateful for having this Refrigerator repaired! The woman who scheduled the visit was informative, friendly and answered my questions patiently. Ian, the service tech, communicated schedules and expectations, kept the work area clean and completed the work promptly.

We purchased our condo apt in the fall of 2019. It didn't take long to notice that the fridge ran all the time, same with the furnace.I checked and sure enough the furnace filter was black and the fridge coils looked like they were covered with a blanket. Over the next 6 months Bacon cleaned and repaired the Fridge, Washer, and Dryer. Its been more than 5 years since all the repairs were done and everything works well.

Drivers are dangerous, witnessed unsafe driving on 275 east around 10am on 1/21. Did not see a vehicle number since they flew by me like I was sitting still...they almost hit me. Do better when you are driving a billboard
