Don Baker Electric

Highly recommend!! We recently moved to Merritt Island and had hired a contractor (not from MI) to remodel a kitchen who left us stranded with a poorly done and incomplete job. I called Don and he and his team were at our house a few days later. They were very professional and thorough. They fixed several outlets which were installed incorrectly, hung 7 interior lights and ran power to our boat lift. That was an exceptionally great job. We are so pleased! The entire time they were courteous and kind. I was equally impressed that they were mentoring a young man new to their industry. They are a true example of the spirit of Merritt Island and why we moved here in the first place. We have more projects planned and will definitely use them again. Honest, fair and professional.

Don came highly recommended and we can see why. He worked with us on our newly purchased home to fix a number of issues. He and his team worked extremely efficiently on sorting out issues and even helped fix some issues we sprung on him last minute. In the end, the work was quality and the cost was much less than we expected. He's at the top of our list for future work for sure!

Within 6 days of closing on our house in Rockledge and not getting electricians calling back or having an electrician scheduled but then fails to keep the appt because he was having to continue a job on the same day that he was to come to our house. I was at this point getting very discouraged, until I called Don Baker and he picked up the phone immediately. I had told him the situation and how many days we had to get the job completed. He asked to text me the information that the inspector needed to have fixed. Within a few hours, Don txt me and stated he would have the job done by the end of Thursday (which was the following week) I was so excited that he was going to get me on his busy schedule. Don did a great job!! He takes pride in his work, very professional and will definitely use

Not only was Don polite, he was considerate. He is one of the few electricians that bothered to take his shoes off at the front door. I don't know if he did this because my house is spotless or if he always does this, but he was courteous enough to ask. He worked quickly and had all the fans working promptly. I am always nervous when I'm looking for help and I am so glad I have Don as a go to now.

We recently had to remodel our house and call quite a few contractors. This guy by far the rudest one on the phone. I couldn't hear what he said on the phone because he was mumbling and he refused to work with me because I asked him to repeat. I'm glad his true color showed right away so we can save ourselves trouble.
