Don Davis Septic

If I could give 0 stars I would! Called them weeks ago. Called them 8/18 to schedule a cleaning that they said would be completed that Friday or early the following week. Said no problem, that's fine. Noticed the spot was dug up but had no bill anywhere so called them to inquire about it. After calling and then saying they'd look into it and call back, I received no phone call. Decided to call later that day and they said the job wasn't done. I asked why and they said we can't do an inspection. I never asked for an inspection, only a cleaning. The father apologized for the mis communication and I asked if they were available to clean it sooner rather than later. He said they could get to it to the following Wednesday (9/3).
