Don DeFlavus Construction Co did an outstanding quality job for us in 2022. They were very easy to work with and accommodated us with all our needs. In addition, on several occasions after the job was complete they continued to be responsive and helpful to address post construction needs and/or questions. Special recognition goes to Dave, Don, and Nicole. I would without question recommend their services.

We chose DeFlavis for a major renovation of our Naples condo based mainly on renovations they did in our community for 2 fellow neighbors. We presented our General Contractor Dave with our vision for our condo, asked for ideas, and presented him with some significant design challenges along the way. All of which Dave found ways to accomplish for us. Dave has a genuine passion for perfection, and his commitment to craftsmanship is evident in all his work. Nicole, our project manager, was readily available for Zoom calls, keeping us updated with progress reports and keeping us aware of any challenges along the way. Now, when friends and family come see our renovated condo, they are in awe of the quality of work, design, and attention to detail. All in all, we couldn't be happier with Don

Don and his team did a small home addition for us and we could not be happier. The exterior does not show "remodel"; it looks to be part of the original construction. Don is easy to work with, has innovative ideas and is fairly priced. He was not the least expensive bid we obtained, but we wanted the better quality for our project. He did not cut corners, he always explained the materials and the process and since we live out of town, he sent photos as the project progressed. If we have any future projects, we will call Don again and would highly recommend him to anyone considering a remodel project.

I would rate my experience with Don DeFlavis Construction as A1. Don DeFlavis is an honest and hard working manager. His word is gold and his workmanship is the best. He delivers on time and is always open to questions and changes. I would recommend DeFlavis Construction to anyone.
