Different members of my family having been using Don Hoffacker's for years. This winter when my family's heat went out on a Saturday when it was below 10 degrees outside, Frank came by and fixed our furnace quickly and efficiently. Frank is very knowledgeable and helpful and he answered all my questions (even later over the phone). Frank also provided me with a quote which I used the next week. That next week, Tim, Mike and their team came by to install an all new HVAC system. They even cleared a path to where the AC needed to be installed through tons of snow to get the job done. I'd recommend Don Hoffacker's to everyone!

I would highly recommend this company. We have used Hoffacker's HVAC for many years, including installation of both a new gas furnace and air conditioner as well as a yearly service contract. We have always found them to be honest and trustworthy, with technicians who were very willing to answer our questions and provide needed advice. Importantly, they have always responded quickly when we needed service. We recently had trouble with our furnace, and although it took more than one trip to figure out how to fix it (it was an unusual problem, it gave heat but was behaving oddly), Hoffacker's came through and for an extremely fair price.
