Some chose cheap, unknown companies and ended up with ongoing issues. Others hired roofers who seemed unprofessional or skipped safety measures. I didn't use this business, but when I was going up 78 in PA Friday and had a ridiculous encounter with a driver. I was stuck behind a slow moving car and the driver felt I was to blame. I'm sure because I was from TN and southerners don't know how to drive. However I am quite capable of hanging with traffic it was the car in front of me not... Anyway even once I got away from this car and sped up the driver continued to try and sideswipe, rearend and harass me. I moved over, he moved over, sped up he sped up, slowed down, he slowed down. It was ridiculously dangerous on an already dangerous road. If they're that unprofessional behind a wheel they'd never be on any roof of mine!

I asked for an estimate on a job that simply required an adjustment of the pitch of my rain gutters. The lady who answered the phone would not allow that and said to me that, "repairs don't get estimates", to which she went on to add that this company will do the work first and then tell me what I'm going to pay them for it. This is no exaggeration! She REALLY expects it to work this way! I suggest people to stay away from shady companies like this who operate so foul.
