We have been working with DBI on a new home project since inception in 2020. The entire staff has been fabulous every step of the journey. They are transparent, honest, creative, detail oriented, knowledgable, and truly care about producing a quality product. We recently engaged Donald Blake inc to quote on a renovation of our home, in summary the experience has been a complete disaster. We had detailed architectural and engineering plans for the project, therfore this should have been very straight forward to provide an accurate quotation. The price DBI provided was exorbitantly high. We immediately stopped working with DBI at this point.. Our confidence was completely shaken not only due the pricing provided but other gross errors in handling the project. Subsequently, we have found an other construction firm that provided a far more realistic price for our project. In fact 50 % less than the price DBI quoted on the same project.
