We had a wonderful experience with Donaldson! Our A/C compressor went out and they were courteous in explaining our options for replacement. We eventually opted to replace both our A/C and furnace even though they were willing to just replace the A/C. The deal they offered was better than another one we got from another vendor. I liked how they gave us three options to choose from and made it easy to compare them. They were on time to all of their appointments and they did the install all in less than a day. It looks so much nicer, and more importantly works so well! They also were very helpful in preparing the paperwork for us to get a rebate from Evergy for the more efficient equipment. I would recommend them to anyone!
