Done by Natali's services are outstanding. To start with the professional communication prior to arriving at ones house is very clear and concise. Once they arrive they come with all the equipment and cleaning solutions required. The ladies are very diligent and committed to their duties. Extremely flexible to with and delighted with their services to include both cleaning as well as handyman services. I was so impressed with the initial visit that I have confirmed once a month services in my home.

Done by Natali did a phenomenal job cleaning our home, I could not be more pleased!! They were very hard working and detailed in their cleaning (baseboards, windows, they even cleaned the grime off the outside of our front door). I was also able to book with her with <24 hours notice. I’ve hired a corporate cleaner in S Fl in the past and Done by Natali far surpassed them in every way. I will definitely be a returning customer!

My oh my! I am not sure where to begin. Natali and her assistant did an AMAZING job with my apartment. Her attention to detail, her persistence in fighting grime and dirt away, her professionalism… is priceless. They cleaned all the neglected hard to reach areas & everything else in between. Natali and her team saved our day yesterday! We moved into to a house that wasn’t properly cleaned, and they left the place looking better than I thought was possible. They asked what our top priorities were, and then showed us more things that needed to be cleaned and got straight to work. The bathroom looks like it’s been remodeled, the kitchen is spotless, floors are sparkling. Very thorough, nice people, and at an amazing price - especially for the quality!
