When we were getting our former home which was built back in 1956 ready for resale, they replaced the den ceiling, sliding patio door, kitchen, and den flooring; remodeled the ¾ bath by installing a new shower, vanity, and fixtures; created a decorative opening between the den and front room; and last but not least installed a security front door.
