Done Right Today

I got a heater from Done Right Today. I called and Richie came out and did an estimate. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained to me the 3 different heaters I could get and I chose the double heater. (Lennox.) Great price, the men came and put it in and were very clean and cleaned up after themselves at the end. It runs beautiful, I love it!

Excellent and prompt customer service response. Steven went above and beyond what was expected and took the time to make sure everything was handled properly! And Anthony came for an air conditioner complementary tuneup and he was a great listener, very professional as well. The small gesture means a lot! Brand new heater The heater was professionally installed And the guys was respectful, I would definitely recommend to other people. Great job 👍, I have 2 cats and they were ok working around my cats. Done right get five stars from me.

"Buy a house", they said. "it's the American Dream!" They claimed. Until you are taking a shower and the water temps start to fall before the rinse cycle. So I needed a new heater. Lovely. I spoke to a couple of local hardware shops, and the prices they quoted me might have been ok for some people but I didn't have a briefcase of cash sitting stashed iny home, so I needed other options. A brief Google search brought me to "Done Right Plumbing", and they were local so I thought "🤷🏾‍♂️ couldn't hurt." The workers were very polite and answered all my questions with easy to understand the problem. I was shown all of the issues related to my hot water heater and I was given options for the repair/replacement. I first replaced all the pipes, but later had to replace the whole tank and the company was very happy to assist me with the whole process. I was also provided assistance with the payment and given options with that as well. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the customer service over the telephone and with the work crew that completed the job. I recommend this company with 100% satisfaction!
