Done Right Tree Service by Larry Wall

My first attempt at contacting Done Right Tree Service was in March, 2022. They did not answer my calls or return my messages, but for whatever reason, I tried one last time on April 8, 2022. Joey answered, apologized and asked me to send him a photo of the tree. I did so and waited. I never heard back, but, sent Joey one last text on the evening of 5/18/22, he responded saying he would come this morning, 5/19/22 at 10:30 AM. At 10:28 I got a text saying he was, “tied up in town”. I immediately responding asking what time he would be here. No response. I texted again at noon, asking if he was still coming. No response. It’s now 7:30 PM and I’m thinking the other reviews were correct and he’s probably not going to show. My opinion only, but don’t waste your time with this guy.

contacted this company last fall....after talking with owner, he never got back to me. Gave him the benefit of the dowdt, called again, in mid feb, 2016. talked with owner again, he said he was pretty busy, would get back to me in a week or two....i t is now mar 25, still no phone call.........The worst customer service i have ever seen...I would never do business with, simply for this reason.....BAD COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

Horrible company. Rude. Unprofessional.
