I run a business and I always ask for three quotes from my team before making a capital expenditure decision. All three quotes were similar in scope and roofing materials. I have a better roof system than the one my home builder installed. I've been meaning to post this for a while. This summer I had a leak in my rolled roofing that had me absolutely stumped. Tried patching it myself with various remedies and it still persisted. I called Bob and he told me that, while he doesn't do rolled roofing, he did know a way for me (since I was willing) to patch it myself in order to stop the leak until I could get my roof replaced. He even sent me a link to buy the exact materials I'd need to use. Worked like a charm. Not a permanent fix, but I am incredibly grateful that he took the time to work through a temp solution with me even though he knew he wasn't going to get paid for it. Phenomenal. Bob Strickland knows his business from top to bottom and employs a crew that is quick, efficient, yet takes pride in their work and does a job they can be proud of. They did a tear-off of two layers of shingles, a replacement of the decking of the entire roof (I knew it was necessary when I looked for estimates), total replacement of the decking and shingles in right around eight hours. I was impressed. From start to finish the entire crew moved like a well oiled machine, they protected the area, did the work and cleaned the debris up like nothing had happened.
