Don's Budget Appliance Svc

Usually do not post reviews, but in this case felt obligated. Called Don and described a problem i was having with the water dispenser on a GE refrigerated. He knew immediately what the problem was, quoted me a fair all inclusive price, and was out in about an hour. Brought a replacement part and installed it within a hour. He’s experienced and knowledgeable and a pleasant guy. He'll be my go to guy for any future appliance issues.

Requested service. Told me it may cost $300 to repair. It would cost me 3 to 4 thousand to replace the refrigerator. I stated that and he basically ended the conversation with "good luck". I said you are refusing to do the work. He did not hear that part as he hung up. He doesn't know this, but you will know this. This is my second time trying to get service from Don's Budget Appliance. Both times he refused. One for a dish washer and one for a refrigerator. Please note Don's reply. He never mentioned he did not have the skill to replace two lightbulbs or work on the popular product. Perhaps if he wants to learn the modern products he could go back to school but he mentions he is too old. Doesn't change the facts I posted nor does it change he hung up on me. He left me with th

I have lived in Naples since the 70's. I never write reviews, however, Don's Budget Appliance Service is one in a million!!! Don is very professional - trustworthy and is knowledgeable in all brands of appliances. Come rain or shine he is always on time with his appointments and is very courteous as well. I highly recommend him for any appliance repair you may have plus he is totally reasonable regardless of your zip code. So call Don today and you will be pleasantly surprised!!!!!

New years eve ..dead refrigerator,dinner party planed. Called Don,he came out with in a hour and told me how to get it going until he could do the repair! He saved my party and then came back and did a great job repairing the unit. This guy is the best!.. Showed up when promised,fair price and a good guy!

We have been using Don's service over the past 7 years and as a Realtor feel very comfortable suggesting him for my customer's needs. If it can be fixed he will and a very fair price. If it can't be fixed he will tell you. Very fair and extremely honest
