Explained the entire process of everything we asked very honestly and didn’t try to talk overly technical (explained everything in a way that was easily understandable). Was not pushy at all and made me feel very comfortable in our decision. Showed up when he said he would and had the new opening system installed in the time frame he gave as well. Chris just completed the removal and total installation of the new garage door and opener. He did the work alone in a little under 3 hours, which that alone tells you how amazing his skills are!
