My girlfriend contacted her native tribe for a new furnace and ac unit as the one she has is old and failing. Dons accepted the bid. I called the office to ask for clarification on a few things I misunderstood from when Dave did the initial bid. When he called me back a few hours later, he was extremely difficult, abrasive, arrogant, rude, very unprofessional and said that if the insulation wasn't up to par (or his standard) he would not do the job. This is after he already accepted mind you. Not to mention he never checked the insulation either. I mentioned to him it'll be getting checked soon as he brought that to my attention at the initial bid. These guys are just incredible. Called and because of the timing of my call they were able to be at my house in ten minutes. They also were able to quickly diagnose and make a trip to get parts to repair my boiler. I am so thankful as I didn’t realize my furnace had been on for three straight years. Thank the Lord above for their knowledge and ability to fix these things and also for my now lowered gas bill!
