Don's Lock & Key

I want to highly recommend Pop-A-Lock for their immediate and timely response to me being locked out of my car. The technician who arrived was Sam, he was very friendly and professional. He just had a demeanor that made me feel at ease and not alone. I had opened my trunk to put away my work bag, then decided to take my sweater/jacket off and put my purse in the trunk to remove my sweater, at which I closed the trunk and my purse and keys were left locked inside. I felt like such an idiot. Anyways, he was able to quickly unlock my car which was awesome, but my purse and keys were still in the trunk/hatch in my MINI Copper. Even though my door was open, my lock system was disabled and would not open or release my hatch door. Sam could have left me there to figure out how to get in my trunk,

Sam was great and we got a same-day appointment. I lost my minivan's fob key and they were able to get a key and program it all within a few hours of making the appointment. As a stay-at-home mom of 3 little ones, access to my car is a must and I'm grateful to have had such great service. The appointment was at 4:30 and the service guy was totally willing to take as long as needed to get the job done- he estimated anywhere from 30 min to over 2 hours, depending on the programming. I appreciate that, especially because he would have had to extend his day. Luckily, it was much faster than that. Thanks again, Sam!

Lost my work truck keys. Called them, got a quote and a eta to my location, received a call about a slight delay because of the rain and blocked roads. Locksmith had 2 keys cut before I knew it!! Very professional! Very timely! Very honest! Paid what was quoted over the phone!!!

Great service! I had originally called Locksmith 2 U who left me waiting about an hour for a call from their worker. I got tired of waiting and eventually called Pop-A-Lock and the woman on the phone was super friendly. She got my info down quickly and let me know someone would be on their way in about 30 minutes. 30 minutes later the worker came and he helped me get into my car very quickly! He was very friendly and courteous. Unfortunately I did not get his name. About two hours later, I’m home and the other company STILL hasn’t called. So If i had not called Pop-A-Lock I would have been waiting in the cold for hours. Thank you so much!
